Refunds and cancellations

If we decline your order

You pay nothing. Your card was only authorised, and we cancel the hold. Some banks take a few days to show it as released.

If we don't get to it in time

If we can't review your order before the authorisation lapses (about 7 days), the hold is released automatically and you pay nothing.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time before we accept your order - email us with your order number and we'll release the hold. Once we've started work, you lose your 14-day right to cancel, because the video is made specifically for you and you asked us to start straight away.

If something's wrong with your video

If there's a technical fault - a visible glitch, a broken ending, or a fighter who doesn't match their clay figure - tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll re-make it once, free. If we can't fix it, we'll refund you in full.

We can't re-make a video because of taste - how funny it is, or which moves the fighters chose.
